OBD-II Code Transmission may not shift out of park is defined as a Transmission Park Position Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit/Open

The Transmission Park Position Sensor tells the engine control module (PCM) that the vehicle is in park. When the PCM detects an incorrect signal from the Transmission Park Position Sensor, the PCM will set code P07B8.
