What Does P0702 Code Mean?

OBD-II Code P0702 is defined as a Transmission Control System Electrical

The automatic transmission matches the engine optimum power and torque characteristics to the driver's desired rate of acceleration and speed by auto-selecting different gear ratios or 'speeds' to power the wheels. When the Transmission control module (TCM) can not select an engage the correct gear, the engine control module (PCM) will set code P0702.
