What Does P0661 Code Mean?

OBD-II Code P0661 is defined as a Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Control Circuit Low

The Intake Manifold Tuning Valve allows additional air to flow through the intake at higher RPMs. If the engine computer (PCM) detects that the Intake Manifold Tuning Valve is not operating as requested, code P0661 will be set.
