What Does P0660 Code Mean?

OBD-II Code P0660 is defined as a Intake Manifold Tuning Valve Control Circuit/Open

The Intake Manifold Tuning Valve allows additional air to flow through the intake at higher RPMs. If the engine computer (PCM) detects that the Intake Manifold Tuning Valve is not operating as requested, code P0660 will be set.
