What Does P0540 Code Mean?

OBD-II Code P0540 is defined as a Intake Air Heater "A" Circuit

The Intake Air Heater warms the air going into the engine on cold startups. If the engine control module (PCM) detects a failure in the Intake Air Heater or its wiring, it will set code P0540.
