OBD-II Code Decreased engine performance is defined as a Diesel Intake Air Flow Control Circuit/Open

The volume of air going through the intake is controlled by the Intake Airflow Control Valve on the throttle body. If the engine control module (PCM) detects an implausible signal to or from the Intake Airflow Control Valve, the PCM will set code P02E0.Failure of the Intake Airflow Control Valve may require replacement of the throttle body assembly, as it is not always serviceable separately.
