OBD-II Code Wiring issue is defined as a Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Control Circuit High

The Supercharger has an integrated intercooler (radiator) with its own coolant system to reduce the temperature of the air being forced into the engine. This system uses its own coolant pump that is electronically controlled by the engine computer. If the Coolant Pump fails to operate as requested, code P023C will be stored.
