OBD-II Code Decreased engine performance is defined as a Fuel System Over Pressure Relief Valve Frequent Activation
The fuel system has a Fuel Pressure relief valve to vent excessive Fuel Pressure. If the engine control module (PCM) sees too high of a pressure, it will vent the system. When the PCM is constantly relieving pressure, the PCM will set code P018F.
