OBD-II Code Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failure is defined as a Fuel Cooler Pump Control Circuit High
The Fuel Cooler Pump uses engine coolant to lower the temperature of the fuel returning to the fuel tank. When the engine control module (PCM)detects an incorrect signal from the Fuel Cooler Pump, the PCM will set code P008E.
