The turn signal switch may fail causing the turn signals to stop working.

The automatic transmission shifter may fail causing the ignition key to become stuck in the ignition lock cylinder.

Our technicians recommend having the timing belt replaced at 60,000 miles. They also recommend inspecting the water pump for coolant leaks while servicing the timing belt. If the water pump shows signs of leakage it should be replaced at this time.

Illumination of the Check Engine Light can be caused by a loose or worn gas cap.

The speedometer may stop functioning with code P0722 stored in the powertrain control module (PCM). This may be caused by a worn speedometer gear due to coolant contamination of the transmission fluid. If contamination is found the radiator is most likely at fault. The transmission should also be thoroughly inspected and repaired or replaced as required.

One or both rear wheel bearings may develop an abnormal noise and require replacement.

Our technicians recommend having the timing belt replaced at 100,000 miles. They also recommend having the water pump inspected for coolant leaks while servicing the timing belt.

Our technicians recommend replacing spark plugs at 25,000 miles. At the same time, the spark plug wires should be checked and if any hot spots are found, the ignition wire set should also be replaced. 

Our technicians highly recommend that the transmission is serviced every 30,000 miles to avoid problems and maintain optimal operating order. If the fluid is dark in color, the transmission should be flushed.

Front brake rotors can wear causing a pulsation felt in the brake pedal. Our technicians often recommend replacement of the front rotors and brake pads as the best option to correct this condition.

Brake fluid can become dirty and may cause problems in the brake system; it should be flushed every 60,000 miles.

Extended life coolant may become contaminated and require cooling system service before the recommended 150,000 miles.
