Vibration When Braking Due to Rotor Problem
The front brake rotors can warp and cause a vibration when braking. The rotors will need to be machined or in cases where they are worn to thin, replaced to correct this issue.

Manual Sliding Door Issues
Manual sliding doors will stick or not open easily due to the door seal sealing too well. Sometimes this can cause the door handle to break when trying to open the door. Replacing the door seal with an updated seal from Honda will repair this issue.
Check engine light due to faulty EGR valve

Rear (vent) Windows Operate Intermittantly, and Eventually Fail
This is a well-known problem with the Odyssey. It happened to me, and I found detailed instructions on repairing the problem on the internet (http://www.odytalk.com/showthread.php?29-How-to-Fix-your-Rear-Vent-Window-Motors&s=b2feb4ba865d367c997ac540399c6788&p=36#post36). I have yet to complete the repair; they've been completely inoperable for four years now... maybe this weekend I'll get to it. ;)
