I have a 2011 G55 AMG. The horn and steering wheel instruments intermittently fail to operate for long periods of time. The Mercedes dealership in Fort lauderdale refused to even look at the problem since the steering wheel instruments worked the days that I took it in. Also the seat lumbar support pump on the passenger side keeps going on and off (possible leak). Finally when the vehicle goes from reverse to drive it has a 3-5 second hesitation before engaging. The dealership said that this is normal for this model. Overall the horn issue and the transmission issue are safety issues, very dissapointed at the dealer response (Fort Lauderdale Mercedes).
