Excess Oil Consumption Issue
Excessive oil consumption—defined as more than one quart per 1,000 miles (on vehicles with less than 50,000 miles) or more than one quart per 750 miles (on vehicles with more than 50,000 miles)—is common. Common causes include exhaust valve guides, valve cover gaskets, camshaft plugs, camshaft seals, and crankshaft seal.
Odor from HVAC vents
Some vehicles may develop a musty odor coming from the HVAC system, Dodge has issued a cleaner/disinfectant and a coating for the evaporator designed to inhibit bacterial growth.
Key May Not Start Car or Release From Ignition
Intermittently, the key may not start the car or release from the ignition. If it is excessively worn, replace the key. If the new key doesn't work, replacing the lock cylinder including tumblers should correct this concern.
Shifting Harshness and Shuddering Issue
Shifting harshness and shuddering issues related to the operation of the automatic transmission have been addressed by factory service bulletins. The shuddering can feel like the vehicle is being driven over rumble strips.
Front Legs For Third Row Seat Won't Retract

Remote Start Fails
Remote start fails to start vehicle or vehicle starts and then shuts off within 2 min. Problem occurs at random. Dealer replecated problem but currenly unable to fix.
Squeak or Tick Noise While Driving
A "tapping plate cage" on the driver side frame rail may cause a squeak or tick noise while driving, this is often misdiagnosed as a suspension problem. The tapping plate is a threaded plate which accepts one of the front sub-frame mounting bolts. The "cage" of the threaded plate may be touching the frame rail causing noise as the vehicle is driven. "Adjusting" the rear tab on the tapping plate cage so it no longer is touching the frame should eliminate this noise.

Software Updates Available for Check Engine Light Issues
The Check Engine Light may illuminate for many different reasons, some of which may be corrected by updating the software in the powertrain control module (PCM).
Anyone else have to replace rear evaporator?
I have had the Van for 2 months. The A/C was hissing and then blowing warm air. Lucky still have the manufactures warrenty and I am told the rear evaporater needs to be replaced. I am still waiting for this part to arrive so far 1 week has passed and it will be July this week. I need this fixed asap.
Sirus Satellite Traffic Screen Obscured by Ghosting of prior screen
When attempting to view Sirus Traffic screen, words seem to be obscure by ghosting from prior screen view. Occurs when user has programmed in or viewed Points of Interest Screens. Dealer found same issue on multiple vans on their lot. Replaced radio to fix problem.
Loss of Programmed Radio Stations
Programmed stations simply disappear and reappear. Dealer replaced radio due to other issue. Unsure if problem fixed at this point.
