Is there any maintenance to be done on the turbo engine besides oil chgs (1 answer)

Im wondering if I need to be doing any service maintenance on my 08 Cooper S turbo. Has 45,000 on it and seems to run fine. Have the oil changed every 3,000 mi. No problems but I don't want any if I can avoid it.

a/c blowing hot air. Leaking at compressor. Could it be a hose? (1 answer)

Had my a/c recharged. the unit kicks on and off but still hot air. It's leaking out near the evaporator. Could it be a hose gone bad?

Auxiliary Water Pump May Catch Fire

The electrical circuit board in the auxiliary water pump can malfunction and overheat. The circuit board may smolder, which could result in a fire. Dealers will replace the auxiliary water pump to correct this concern.

Burn from Tail Pipe Extension

The tailpipe extension protrudes slightly past the rear bumper. Inadvertent contact with the tailpipe extension could occur. If the extension were hot, a burn could result. Dealers will replace the tailpipe extension with a shorter one to correct this issue. This recall is expected to begin during January of 2009.
