You are showing an average repair cost of between $8022 and $8917 with parts being between $7855 and $8706. Is that accurate? Really sounds high for Rotor Replacements.

Hello,
This may shed some light on the cost for parts:

There are always less expensive alternatives to the dealership (OEM) parts, and I would encourage you to seek an estimate in person for this vehicle.

The reason cost is not much more than the parts cost is because it is the same job regardless of the type of vehicle. In other words, our shops aren't going to charge you more for the labor just because of the brand name on the vehicle.

If your vehicle is equipped with specialty rotors such as composite ceramic (which is what the dealer lists) then the cost of replacement will be much more difficult to decrease.

This, by the way, is the number one complaint among those who own the newer Corvette Z06 as well.
