Q: Won't start but everything else turns on on 1991 Honda Accord

Rookie cbe0621eac06868b3efe0d8d1d3611e23c60d3114864ea2ec19a68cfbd3eebab
Tried to start my car but nothing happens. Everything else works...Lights, a/c, etc. Any ideas? Could it be the starter or the battery?

If the lights are bright and they don't dim when you hit the starter, then the battery is not likely the problem. If the lights dim a lot or go out when you hit start, then either the battery or it's connections are faulty.
Assuming you've checked the battery and it's charged, check for battery voltage on the large battery cable on the starter. Check for battery voltage on the smaller START wire on the starter when your assistant turns the key to START. If OK, and the starter doesn't operate, suspect the starter. If there isn't power on the START wire when the key is turned to START, then the control part of the circuit is faulty.
