Won't Start

(1991 Chevrolet Caprice)
I have a 1991 Chevy Caprise that I love. It used to be my brother's car before he pasted. I was driving one night with the oil light on and the wheel just locked up and the car died on me. When I tried to crank it up again it just clicked. I thought it was the motor but Im not sure and I don't want to pay too much for unneccesary repairs. Do you have any idea what it is?

If the oil light was on and the car just died, you may have seized the motor from a lack of oil which would explain the fact that the starter won't crank over the car. This may be an expensive repair if you damaged the engine from oil starvation, I am sorry to say.
