Wont idle

the motor starts right up, and at higher rpm;s seems fine. But if you take your foot off the gas it dies. wont idle at all. what could this be?

PCV Valve *system* needs to be replaced!! System = hose and valve from Ford as the aftermarkets don't cut it!!.. Check for other deteriorated (mushy) vacuum hoses as well.... Common problem! ....... Light on?
