Wont crank over

(2001 Infiniti I30)
in Pecos, NM on May 20, 2011
removed starter, auto zone said it is good so put starter back in, cleaned cables worked for about 5 days now NO CRANK again. Replaced cable, clamps,Checked voltage on both sides of solinoid, good when in start position still NO CRANK. IS there a park switch/neutral start switch? Where is it located? or is the starter bad?

Sure - there is a transmission range / mode switch.

You'll find the switch around the area of the linkage area on the side of the transmission.

I would lean towards some kind of electrical issue like this switch since you have already had the starter bench tested....although...I suppose a test like that is only as good as who does it.
