Wiper arms do not stop where they should

(1999 Honda Civic)
I reinstalled the wiper motor on my 99 Honda Civic now it won't stop at the lower edge of the windshild. Can you tell me why?

Take a good look at the installation. Most likely you assembled something backwards or out of time. Take a look at how you assembled it and see if there was some way you could have assembled it differently. Wipers and the linkage are complex and it's easy to get things turned around when assembling them.
