Winshield wiper fluid not shooting out nozzle

(2000 Chevrolet Impala)
in Moline, IL on February 28, 2009
The lines have been cleaned and they work when they have been unpluged from wiper arm but when connected they will not send fluid to the windshield a needle has been pushed in opening also

do the arms need to be replaced or can I replace the nozzle part it appears that they are riveted on the arm itself

the passenger side arm is hard to find auto zone doesnt even stock it and are not able to special order it either

Try blowing compressed air through the wiper passages to make sure they're clear. Sometimes using a needle just pushes the debris in further and doesn't actually clear the line.
