Windshield wipers and washer fluid pump won't work.

(2001 Dodge Intrepid)
in Elko, NV on January 13, 2011
Moved relays to different positions and nothing changed. Fuses are good. Any other ideas besides the multi-function switch on the steering column?

Sorry, but that is about all that comes to mind right now. because the washer pump motor is mounted on the washer bottle and operates seperate from the wiper motor. However both are controlled by the wiper switch and that is in the multi-function switch.

could also be a bad position switch. the controls you use to operate those functions

Found the problem. Blown fuse in the fusebox on driver's side of the dashboard in the cockpit, not in the fuses and relay box under the hood.
