Windows/locks/side mirrors inoperable

(2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee)

-none of the windows roll down
-power locks work on every door except drivers
-no power in wire harness at drivers side control switches
-all interior fuses (underneath by drivers left foot) ok
-side view power mirrors don't operate

it is possibly a broken ground wire in the boot that protects the wires each time you open and close the driver's side door. Open your door and look down between the door and the body. you will see a rubber boot. peel it back and check for a broken wire. If you find one, go get some but splices at Home Depot and splice them back together.

I found loose fuse in engine compt, next to the battery,30 amp fuse was loose, now I still have the windows & driver side door lock to check out. will check out the broken wire idea or just plain corriosion inside the door panel.
