Q: Why would a wrist pin go out at 83,000 miles? Do I have to replace the engine? on 2006 Honda Pilot

Rookie cbe0621eac06868b3efe0d8d1d3611e23c60d3114864ea2ec19a68cfbd3eebab
How long will it take to go out completely? Should I not drive it?
Really, i agree most likely carbon on top of a piston or a rod bearing. If knocking is the problem.
Have it diagnosed properly. Unless the engine was extremely neglected along with other odd happenings along the way , it would be very unlikely that it has a bad wrist pin at 83K. Please describe the symptoms and the reason for the diagnosis given , assuming it was seen at a repair shop.
