Why wont the front brake release when i let off brakes

i have tryed bleding off lines and they still wont release

Simple, if you opened bleeder screw ,and it is not pluged with dirt, and brakes still wont release CALIPER piston is stuck!!!

Agree, if bleeding brakes allowed fluid to pass least one caliper piston is frozen. Just figure out which one and replace.

Your brake lines have failed internally, replace BOTH brake lines and recheck.
