Why wont the car start (turn over) when hot under hood.

(1999 Chevrolet Cavalier)
After the car cools down under hood the car will turn over and start. We have changed the starter and the relay to the starter and it still wont crank when it gets hot under hood, (weather hot and engine hot combined) starts fine when weather is cool. Anyone have an idea what this may be? this is the third summer we have gone through this.

Auto Zone & O-Rileys, we have tried 2 different starters since this all started.
I also replaced the relay inline with the starter attached at top side of the radiator, but it is still doing the samething without fail every time we drive it in hot weather. about 90 degrees F. it never forgets.

Maybe try a new starter not a rebuild from Napa as they have a lifetime warranty maybe $50 more but maybe it will solve the heat sink problem www.napaonline.com I see 2 different starters so ask the counter person at your local store
