Why won't my XL7 start in cold weather
(2002 Suzuki XL-7)

Last winter it wouldn't start at all when it got below 40 now it's having trouble starting if it gets below 60 it ran just fine all summer long and now it's not starting again and this is only October it also leaks oil badly constant almost constant drip

What seems to make the problem better or worse? It's worse when the engine is cold

First, diagnose that oil leak. If you don't work on cars then bring it to a shop. An oil leak that bad is dangerous. The starting issue could be battery, fuel issue, ignition, it's hard to tell without looking at it.
