Why won't my brand new Honda Civic start?! on 2012 Honda Civic

Went on vacation for a week and came back to a car that won't start. My 2012 honda has under 10,000 miles on it and i did not leave any lights on. The battery is fine and the car tries to start but it won't turn on. It was fine and in good health last week but when i turn the key ALL of the service lights come on and the info says to check the brake, abs and vsa systems. Help! :/

Disconnect the battery and wait about 15min. Then reconnect the battery and try to restart the vehicle. Sounds like the security system may have been tripped for some reason.

I would call the dealer and ask them that question before doing anything else!!!

I had the same issue with my 2012 Civic EX, dealer couldn't duplicate at first, on my third trip back to the dealer they replaced the STARTER, haven't had the problem since. Hope this helps.
