Why wont my 1990 Lincoln Town Car crank?

(1990 Lincoln Town Car)
in San Angelo, TX on January 06, 2015
I installed a new battery. Replaced starter. After I did that it cranked. Parked it at work when I got off it would not crank like the battery was dead. Tried to jump it off and nothing. Checked battery and battery was good. So I replaced cylinoid and still nothing. Don't know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
