Why won't air come thru front vents only back

No air in front blower only back what to do??
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Nothing
How long have you had this problem? Since I bought it a few weeks ago

Blend doors not activating. Most common cause is control head unit not responding or blend door motors stuck or not activating. Needs to have parts of dash removed for further investigation to properly quote repairs.
