Why will it not start, just turn over!

(1991 Jeep Wrangler)
in Saint Bernard, LA on February 29, 2012
I have a 1991 Jeep Wrangler 4cycl. I am having problems getting it to start. The engine does turn over. I change out the fuel pump and bought a new battery. I also checked the sparks plugs and wires, all have spark. I sprayed started fluid in the carburator, it does start but kills. Any ideas what I could check now Do you think its electrical (fuses...relays)? Any info would help. Thanks!

Sounds like you are still not getting fuel to the engine. Need to test for power to the pump and check the fuel relay. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/parts/1991-Jeep-Wrangler-4WD/Relay-Fuel-Pump/_/N-itxmuZ8vdvu?filterByKeyWord=fuel&fromString=search Probably would not hurt to change fuel filter as well.
