Why when I turn on the air conditioner the fluids leaks from the bottom

The fluids leaks at the bottom of my car whenever the AC gets cut on why is that?

This is normal. The evaporator core behind the dashboard sweats when the a/c is running. There is a drain inside the case that allows the condensation to drip out onto the ground instead of on the carpet inside.
