WHY MY CAR WONT START?

MY 2009 SCION TC WONT START ....IT DOESNT SEEM LIKE ITS THE BATTERY,IT WONT TURN OVER... IT HAS BEN COLD OUT... I PUT SOME DRY GAS IN IT AND IT WONT START EITHER WHAT COULD THE PROBLEM BE?.

If it won't turn over it could be the battery. I'd suggest to check it before you start to get in there deeper.

If it doesn't turn over and you jumped the battery its most likely your starter, if its not the starter check fuses/relays.
