Why my breaks lock up

(1995 Chevrolet 1500 Pickup)
Now I did replace the rear break cylinder s after that I bleed them and now breaks lock up on me

Ensure everything in your drum brake system is assembled properly. Ensure the primary shoe and secondary shoe are in the proper positions and all drum brake springs are assembled properly. Wheel cylinder installation and brake bleed should be verified as well. Checking all normal installation of parts is important.
