Q: Why is transmission oil blowing out the transmission breather hose at hwy speeds on 2002 Honda Odyssey

The 2001 & 2002 Odyssey transmissions are poorly designed and overheat, causing the fluid to boil out. Honda had a recall on the 2001, but have covered up the 2002 problem. I solved my problem by getting a rebuilt from a 3rd party where they improved on the Honda design and added an external oil cooler. Don't replace it with OEM, as it is defective engineering.
