Tighten the connectors a bit and use a triangle file to make a couple of horizontal cuts on each side of the fuse lugs, no need to go real deep with the cuts. Push it into it's slot tightly! If swapping with another fuse dont work that is.

Swap the fuse with another to see if it still happens.
