When a vehicle gets to be a few years old the rubber components in the front end dry out and squeak. Spraying them with silicon spray will lube them and eliminate the your squeaking problem.

Shocks could be worn out or suspension parts could need replacing, upper and lower control arm bushings, ball joints etc. better have a repair shop diagnose this.

Answer # 3 is correct it could be those items which can be safety issues if not checked. I had a similiar problem that only happened from a standing stop, when the wheel was turned. The mechanic checked the front end and found all parts OK so he put a dab of grease on the front wheel stops and the problem was solved.
