Q: why is my neon overheating?could it be raidtor i just replace? universal rad.?

i bought a univerail raidtor,it could be use either automactic or stickshift! Now the hose don't seem to fit and it blows cold air in and it overheats and then the car turns off!

These cars have a lot of head gasket problems, particularly when the have been overheated. Have a "block check" test done. This may confirm the presence of combustion gasses in the coolant. You can get a false negative on this test, but if it is positive you know there is a problem with the cylinder head or gasket.
