Need to have system flow checked. Possible blockage in the system somewhere stopping flow and causing the overheat.

This is a very common problem with earlier North Star engines. The threads in the cylinder block that are used to mount the cylinder heads eventually fatigue and let go. This causes the head gasket to leak. This can be repaired at a garage that specializes in this problem and costs a minimum of $ 2,500. Unless your 1999 vehicle is in otherwise exceptional condition, you should cut your loses and junk the car.

I didnt see water in the oil and no smoky blue exhaust and engine is sound im lost on what it is.
