Why doesn't air blow from anywhere whether it's on heater or a/c any settings

(2000 Mercury Mountaineer)
Problem started and hasn't changed. Doesn't matter if I try the heater or the a/c, no air blows at all from anywhere on any settings except the air behind the center console
What seems to make the problem better or worse? No change
How long have you had this problem? A few weeks

Most people can check for a blown fuse:

Beyond that - recommend *hands-on* assistance from qualified personnel.
