is the hot and cold knob switching?when you turn it slowly from hot to cold, can you hear the little motor humming? you have to listen closely.

No motor humming. I have push buttons for my Hot/Cold control. The digital readout will go to 60F to 90F back to 60F but there will be no change in the air coming out. I can also control temp from the steering wheel and again no change in the temp when I go from 60F to 90F and back to 60F.

ok!yours is different than what i was thinking.but i believe you have a blend door that's not opening.

Thanks. I removed the blend door actuator and put it in my hand and hooked the plug to it. It did not move at any time during the hot/cold exercise I put it through so I think it might be the problem. After I get a new one I will see if the actuator moves when I exercise it. I appreciate your reply.
