Why does my car crank no start/stall

(1999 Honda Accord)
I have replaced the ignition switch, and key cylinder, soldered the main relay, put a new distributor and cap and still stalls. I have noticed it will completely stall and no restart after ac is turned on

Well according to your posted question .. Maybe the a/c compressor is locking up... That'll certainly stall the engine and prevent re-start unless it's turned off! .. I see you're from Vancouve WA, should be cool enough there to drive it without using a/c for awhile, see if I'm right!
