Why does all the dials reading on my dash strarts moving crazy?

(1999 Ford Windstar)
All the dials on my dash panel that marks the speed, fuel, tachometer, speedometer and temp starts moving crazy once I strat the engine and doesnt read any of the fallow mention correctly when I'm on the go.Why is that?

The cluster may have a communication issue internally -- it may be re-initializing due to low voltage. These clusters on the Windstars are sensitive to voltage, and can lose program memory if you change out a battery. Be cautious, as the only repair is to replace it if that happens, and they are obsolete.

I fixed mine by completely removing and disassembling the gage unit and re-soldering the wires to the board. The solder joint breaks over time.
