Why are my Brake and ABS lights continually lit up on my dash?

(1998 Dodge Ram 1500)
in Dearborn, MI on April 09, 2009
I was driving down the freeway and heard a loud noise from the truck. From that moment on my Brake and ABS light have been lit on the dash display. I am still able to brake, but it feels as if the ABS is not working. The fuses have been checked and seem to be working. What problem are these illuminated lights telling me to fix?

I would take your truck to a shop ASAP. You had a incident ( noise while driving) with your Brake/ABS system and that is why your Light is on!
