Why am i losing lots of antifreeze/coolant.

its all coming out the over flow hose, besides that everything seems good and it runs good.

PRESSURE CAP IS BLOWING OFF STEAM AND/OR COOLANT TO COOLANT TANK. TEMPERATURE GAUGE READING MAY BE ABOVE NORMAL BUT NOT HIGH. COOLANT LEVEL MAY BE HIGH IN COOLANT RESERVE/OVERFLOW TANK. Pressure relief valve in radiator cap is defective. Replace radiator cap. If the problem continues, you should have your engine check for a head gasket leak.
