Whinning noise from front wheel, the faster i go the
louder it gets.

it was a defective wheel-bearing, it was suggested i replace both front wheel bearings, which i opted to do. thanks for you help

A whining noise that increases with noise as road speed or cornering loads are but on that road wheel is most likely a bearing but I would usually only replace one side unless that model of car is very prone to wheel bearing failure.
