Where r T-LP relay & Daytime running light relay located? How to identify them?

(2008 Toyota Corolla)

When I turn the light switch on the dashboard light and tail lights do not come on until 5 or 10 or 20 minutes later. Is it likely due to malfunctioning of T-LP relay or Daytime running light relay ?

If you turn just the park lights on do the dash lights and all park lights work front and rear? DRL'S do not turn on tail lights. Possible malfunction in the multifunction/ headlight switch.

If you turn just the park lights on do the dash lights and all park lights work front and rear? Answer : No, none of them. So is it likely the malfunction of headlight switch ? By the way what is the function of DRL ?

Sorry, that is your Daytime Running Lights. Also have you checked ALL fuses?
