The oil drain plug is simply in the oil pan. I don't know how to clarify it further, really.

The headlight bulb is replaced by going under the hood and accessing the bulb. The connectors are secured into the headlamp assembly by a twist off connection. Be vary careful - parts can break, such as on the headlamp housing when removing the socket.
