before you replace the heater core, be sure that is the problem it requires removing most of the dash board and is an expensive repair. The fact that the blower isn't working too would let me think your blower motor just might be bad and your not feeling the hot air because there is nothing working to blow it into the vents. Be sure all your fuses are good first then unplug your blower motor see if your getting 12 volts of power to the plug. if so replace the blower motor, if not you need to check the control switch and the motor speed resister.

He actually said his blower is working but I've seen a post about an actuator door not working which I believe is the issue I am having on my 02 Stratus. It seems to be a problem with them I myself have had to replace fan speed control, reset the blend door actuator for it to blow out proper vents and on my A/C the compressor relay wasn't working and I found the problem was a ground wire so I just ran a ground wire to it myself and its worked for years but I haven't been able to find the cause of my heater not working yet even though the heater coil does get hot so I assume its another actuator or possibly even a wire issue. Any help would be much appreciated on this issue... Thanks...
