Where is the Head light relay/control module located

(1999 Mercedes-Benz C280)
headlights wont work on hi or lo beam but everything else works. I checked the fuses and they are good, I thought it might be my multi-function switch that controls hi and lo beams until I found out there was a Head light control module.

Hello, there is a service bulletin that addresses this issue directly, and tells the repair technician to not arbitrarily replace the headlamp control module. So, I would probably have proper further troubleshooting performed with the circuit. You have checked every related wire for continuity and the capacity to carry the load?
